Positive: The communication with the property management was very good. They always responded quickly and resolved any issues. The apartment is well located, with good access to public transport and many restaurants nearby. There are some entertainment venues in the area, but the district feels safe. The furnishings and decorations are pleasant. A hairdryer, towels, and some cleaning supplies were provided. Negative: The cleanliness could be improved in some spots. The bed, toilet, and kettle were clean. However, the showerhead, some of the dishes, and the floor under the sofabed were not. You can hear every step in the stairwell, and the front door is often slammed loudly, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
