Comfortable place in a convenient location Positive: The apartment is spacious, modern, and has quality air conditioning. It’s close to the Metro. The elevator was helpful to manage luggage.

There was a mouse in our apartment, which raises serious concerns about the hygiene of the place. Positive: Great location Negative: There was a mouse in our apartment, which raises serious concerns about the hygiene of the place. When I brought it up with the hosts, they denied it could happen and even suggested we might have brought the mouse in our suitcase (!), which was both unhelpful and absurd. Given that they did not treat the problem seriously, and did not seem to have any intention to address the issue, I want to warn other users and strongly advise against staying in this apartment. Additionally, checkout was at 11am, but the hosts started knocking a couple of minutes before then, making the departure feel rushed.

Loved it. Would definitely recommend this place and will reconsider staying here again on our next trip to Paris. Positive: We loved that it was very well located… the view from the flat was great. Even though we were in a very touristy area, the windows at night when shut, did not let any noise disturb us. The host was very receptive and replied instantly. One day i had forgotten the keys in the apartment, but the host helped us out instantly. Negative: There were a few maintenance issues like the bedroom doorknob was broken, one of the lights in the bedroom was not working, the toilet flush was leaking… but none of these issues affected the comfort of our stay. Also, the host was very responsive and highly prompt in fixing these issues and this was very good.
