Convenient, comfortable stay near Montmartre Positive: It was in a great, accessible and seemingly safe area. Helpful having a laundromat opposite for drying washing, after washing clothes in the property. Was great to have a washing machine to use there. Interaction with the staff was really positive! The bed was comfy enough and useful to have basic cooking facilities and utensils. Negative: The shower curtain was a little either stained or unleaned and sits out a bit far from the shower, but I understand this might be due to the structure of the place. The couch was also a bit grubby looking, which was a little off-putting, but could be easily fixed with a throw blanket over it or a couch cover. Handy that it's a pull out couch though!

À éviter pour une belle expérience Parisienne Positive: De base… les photos et le prix Negative: Échange très désagréable au téléphone avec quelqu’un qui semble être dérangé. Appartement loin d’être un petit havre de paix, c’est un local qui donne sur la rue. Des taches écœurantes sur le canapé et le matelas. Nous avons préféré ne même pas y dormir et prendre un autre logement.

Positive: Nocleg zadbany i posprzątany Negative: Zamek w drzwiach działa tylko u góry. Nocleg znajduje się na parterze, dlatego dobrze słychać odgłosy z ulicy. Pod prysznicem jest zasłona, jednak po kąpieli podłoga pozostaje mokra. Kanapa niestety jest mocno zużyta i poplamiona.

Décevant à la limite de l'arnaque Negative: C'est de la publicité mensongère, - cela n'a rien de fabuleux! - nous ne comprenons pas les commentaires dithyrambiques qui font penser à de la complaisance mettant la crédibilité de Booking.com en jeu. C'est un aménagement incomplet en transformant un local professionnel en studio: - La fenêtre donnant sur la rue est non doublée, et rendue translucide de l'hébergement est donc très sonore . - Le studio est exiguë, la hauteur sous plafond ne permet pas la disposition en loggia du lit. Le sofa au dessous est gravement taché, d'une récupération hasardeuse alors que c'était une opportunité de prévoir une alternative au séjour dans la loggia. Pour ce prix mieux vaut opter pour Campanile, IBIS, ou équivalent: même prix et incomparables prestations.

Beautiful, handy and reasonably priced Positive: The hosts are so lovely! I really found the stay easy and pleasant. The room is compact and practical. I would definitely stay again, the hosts made everything so much easier. Negative: The only thing I would advise is the keys are a little tricky to use at the first attempt (not an issue with the hosts or the property at all)
