Champs Elysées : Eiffel Tower View & Spacious

Perfect Parisian apartment Positive: Spotlessly clean apartment, within a very quiet and small respectful block. Lift to 6th floor was great. A proper, comfortable, large bed and cosy duvet. Cosy & warm throughout the apartment. Spacious living area, with luxurious decor. The view of Eiffel Tower was simply spectacular and just a short walk away. Very affluent area, with nice bars and restaurants. Metros located nearby. Carrefour across the road.Great communication via booking.com about check-in/check out. Wifi worked well (just check the white box/hub beside the bed is switched on, as we could not get wifi to list on devices on arrival...once we switched the box on it was okay) Our 3rd time in Paris, and by far this was the best accomodation. For a little extra euros, you get a lot more for your money than a cramped hotel room or an apartment with a sofabed.We arrived at Beavais airport via Ryanair. We had purchased bus tickets online via Terravsion to St Denis University drop off point (about 1.5 hour journey due to traffic). Metro stop directly opposite, from where we purchased Metro cards and off we went..enjoy Paris and this beautiful apartment. Negative: The only slight inconvenience was having to pick up the keys/return the keys to a Key Nest box, located within a supermarket, a good 15 minutes walk away. Whilst the communication and instructions on pick up and accessing the apartment were excellent, it is just additional time and planning for your travel arrangements that you need to be aware of. A key box nearby would perhaps be more convenient.

Positive: Our stay was disappointing. We had to collect the key from the the grocery,15 minutes away by Uber, which caused extra costs and inconvenience and we wait on our waiting the keys I wasn’t ready . The internet never worked despite two calls to housing support, and there was a strong mold smell in the flat , likely from the walls or wood. I reported these issues to the host, who promised a refund but did nothing. While the location is nice, the overall experience was unpleasant, and I request Booking.com’s assistance in arranging appropriate compensation.

The flat was absolutely wonderful! Very spacious and quirky. Love the layout of the flat. Also enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower from the main room. Exceeded expectations! Check in was the only downside as you have to go pick up a key at another location not within walking distance. And then you have to return the key at the end of the trip, which could be difficult for ones that have early departure commitments. Only downside. Otherwise the property was perfect and I would love to stay there again.

Positive: Fantastyczny pobyt – widok na Wieżę Eiffla zapiera dech! Świetna lokalizacja – kilka minut spacerem do Champs-Élysées, w spokojnej i eleganckiej dzielnicy. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dobrze wyposażone i gustownie urządzone. Widok z sypialni na Wieżę Eiffla był absolutnie wyjątkowy – szczególnie wieczorem! Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy i szybki. Wszystko przygotowane na przyjazd.
